The short version
We collect only what we need to do the work you hired us for, we use it only for that, and we never sell or share it. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Who we are
BusinessAIO is an owner-operated AI-visibility and local search optimization service based in Fort Worth, Texas. If you have any question about your data, email [email protected] and a real person will answer.
What we collect
From the intake form and the "Ask me anything" box: your business name, contact details, website and profile links, the services and price ranges you give us, your goals, and anything else you choose to type in. From your website and business profiles, once you grant access: the information needed to optimize them. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used (no advertising trackers).
How we use it
Exactly one purpose: building and reporting on your visibility across search engines and AI assistants. Your prices and business details may appear on public pages we build for you — but only the ones you approve before they publish. We will email you about your account and your work. We do not add you to a marketing list and we don't run sales sequences.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share or rent it to third parties for their own marketing. We never publish anything with your name or prices on it without your approval first.
Who touches your data
The service is owner-operated and AI-assisted. We use trusted third-party tools to do the work — for example Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, and search/listing platforms (Google, Bing, Apple, Yelp) where we manage your profiles on your behalf. These providers process only what's needed for their piece of the job and under their own privacy terms. We don't hand your information to anyone outside that chain of work.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card number is entered on Stripe's secure checkout and is never seen by, sent to, or stored by us. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded and the billing details needed for receipts.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're a client and for a reasonable period afterward to handle records, taxes, and any follow-up. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, except for the minimum we're legally required to retain (such as payment records).
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. You can cancel a monthly plan any time — no contract, no exit fee. When you leave, everything we built for you (pages, profiles, content) stays yours.

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date below. Material changes that affect you will be emailed.
