Why do AI answers matter for a local business?
Because your customers moved. BrightLocal's consumer research found AI tools jumped from 6% to 45% as a channel people use to find local businesses, and that happened in a single year. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI "who's a good auto repair shop near me," the AI names a handful of businesses. Either you're one of them or you're invisible. Do you guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No, and nobody honest does. Google and the AI platforms decide what they show, and anyone promising you a ranking is selling something they don't control. What we guarantee is the work: every deliverable on your plan, shipped on schedule, with a monthly report that shows you exactly where you stand and what changed.
Why do you need my real prices?
Because cost questions are most of what customers ask. Pages that answer "how much does a brake job cost" with real numbers are the pages search engines and AI assistants cite. "Call for quote" pages get skipped. Ranges are fine. We'll publish "$350 to $600 depending on vehicle," not a fixed menu. This is the single biggest reason our pages get cited and your competitors' don't.
What if an agency controls my website?
Common, and covered in onboarding. We either work through them (we hand them ready-to-publish pages) or around them (your profiles, listings, and citations don't live on your website and are usually most of the early wins). Is this SEO? Do I still need an SEO company?

Then we concentrate the content effort where it's actually paying off, instead of you guessing.
Do you run my social media, or give me stuff to post?
We don't run your social accounts. No daily posting, no comment-chasing, no logins for us to manage.
